Excellent
I'm most impressed by this printer. Connected it to my router using network cable & gave it a static IP address. Without having to install any drivers or even search for the printer, it was automatically detected by both my wife's Windows 11 laptop and my Linux pc. Printing & scanning are a breeze, & no more expensive inkjet cartridges. Big thumbs up to Brother
Fairly easy to set up. Works well.
A colleague of mine said this was the only printer to buy for my small business. She does her research so I trust her recommendations. Have not been disappointed yet. I ended up buying one for the home office and the other for the work office. Needed to have something that was wireless, quick and could work with my computer and cellphone.
Printer OK; software poor
Disappointing and a big manhour drain getting this thing to run. Every installation was different, with different parts of the Suite installed or non-installed. Part of this problem may reside with Bill Gates.
Have had two of these. Good quality print and copy/scan capabilities. Very intuitive to use. The WiFi goes out inexplicably periodically and is impossible to reconnect, even with SSID and network key directly input. Then, it magically reactivates ... very frustrating. If WiFi worked consistently would be rated 5 stars.

It does what is says on the tin. It's quiet enough, it prints well, setup was easy for both wireless and WIFI. It works well with smartphones. All and all, a happy customer.
