No Trimmer
I was looking for a braun shaver for my father that has a trimmer on the side of it. i know in the description it doesn't say but the photos/videos showed that it did. And when i saw this item, on the side of it where they showed other photos/videos about the item it showed that it did have a trimmer. I was extremely annoyed when i saw this came with out the trimmer.
Perfect
I use this at work for head shaves and straight fades. It works better than the andis/wahl foil shavers IMO bc it has the pivoting heads. Didn't charge it for 3 weeks and got a bald fade and a head shave out of the charge. Easy to clean and take care of.
Nice shaver...
Works like a charm. No complaints here. It gives a nice clean, close shave, no matter how thick your beard. Can be used on a wet or dry face. Easy clean-up too. Good battery life. The flex heads are great for getting at those difficult, nobby (if you are a woman shaving your legs), or curved areas, like the jawline.
Really wanted to like this Braun shaver...
I really wanted to like this Braun shaver, but after living with it for two weeks, it just didn't do the job as well as I expected a Braun shaver to perform. My facial hair is not too dense or voluminous, but I still grow enough such that I need to shave daily. I don't quite know what the thickness of the hairs are as compared to others, but I suspect it's thinner since my hair overall is not very thick.
Nice, springy flex heads that float over difficult spots!
First time I’ve ever used a Braun — I’ve always had Remington or Conair. I am a woman who prefers men’s electric shavers over those marketed for women. I have found better results using a men’s razor. This Braun runs a bit noisier than my Remington, but it certainly wasn’t as loud as many other shavers I’ve used. However, the ProSkin gave a really nice close shave!
