Wanted to make some dough but a strong plastic smell came out of the mixer. Switched it off and shook it and bits of melted plastic rained out of the back where the liquidizer attachment fits in.
I bough this product as my old cheap one broke and i was very exited when arrived, on time brand new no bother. the reason i am giving it low marks is that you can hardly make meringues or some sensitive deserts. Fast, extremely quiet but the beaters are such a design that enter too much air in the mixture or something and over liquify it and it does not work for me.
