First reading 149/80. Second reading (one minute later), 120/80. Third one minute after the second one, 110/76. There's a lot of variation here. It makes me wonder about the accuracy. I do have Atrial Fibrillation (which it picks up) possibly this causes the variation in readings. My previous monitor which was Omron took three readings automatically and gave an average of all three. It's cheap at 25 UK pounds but I'm wondering if it's totally accurate.

When they say Xl upper arm they meant xxxl. I cannot use it, with a normal arm (72 kg, so not skinny) but even for my husband (120kg) is large and cannot get a proper and accurate measure of Blood pressure. So bear in mind if you dont have huge arms purchase another one.

I have already purchased another product within the Beurer range. They are a good quality competitively priced realiable and stylish. The BP monitor is easy to use and I love the resting function on the settings to advise its the correct time to take BP reading.

Found it a very well made and easy to use, accurate readings and memory for recording your BP readings. More money than some of the others but I feel its worth the extra.

Have only this for a week on a regular basis it seems to work fine after reading the instructions as long as it works like it has so far i would recommend it.
