I use this TV at home. Image quality is good. It sometimes takes a lot of time to stream information from the WiFi, or just doesn't pick it up at times. I know is not the internet signal because I have tried with a different TV at the same time and the second unit doesn't show any issues.

The remote for this tv is absolutely ridiculous and proof to me that sometimes people who arent qualified have jobs they shouldnt have.. barely any buttons and barely does anything to help..its more work to do anything with a remote that can barely do anything.

Better than expected though, for this price range from Samsung. Had to do some tweaks myself with the picture customization, to bring out the best this TV can produce. Cause in the beginning the picture quality was very overly bright and the blacks were faded out for this unit.

The 1st thing I thought when I saw my ps5 displayed on it was "Wow, so much color and detail!" My games have never looked better and it's hard to believe what I got for the price I paid. The motion rate does an incredible job at making games and movies all run very smooth and clear.

I would give this set 3.50 stars vs 4 if I could. An upgrade is suppose to include previous features plus new. I'm in the minority regarding my use of this set but the video player that is used to play movies from a flash drive or a network connected device has had a major feature (for me) removed.
