Very good italian product. As I expected. quality/price ratio is very high. I would give 5 stars only if it was more powerful but it's very good as it is and better than many other products.

The main problem was getting it to make hot espresso. When we tried to follow the instructions to increase the temperature we couldn't get it to get any warmer.
