What is Mini Cash?
Mini Cash is a consumer financing product by B.TECH that offers customers a more affordable option to buy what they want, when they want. It is a great way for businesses to increase their sales and offer easier solutions to their customers.
Does it only apply to current B.TECH customers?
No, we finance purchases for your own customers as well as customers who already have a Mini Cash account. Your customers does not need to have a previous account to apply for Mini Cash.
What are the payment options available?
Your customers can purchase their products on their own terms. Terms vary from 6 months to 36 months.
Do customers have to pay a down payment?
No, we try to make Mini Cash as easy as possible and hence if your customer doesn\'t want to pay any money upfront thats completely fine with us.
What benefits do i get?
First of all you automatically realize an increase in sales now that your product is more affordable to a wider variety of customers. Secondly you get access to B.TECH marketing activities through different mediums, whether its online, in store, offline, etc. We also offer any in store advertising you want to do in your own stores.
What is the risk for my business?
Nothing! We hold all of the risk on your behalf. As soon as you confirm the purchase you get your money in cash so their is no default risk that you have to worry about.
How will I get my money?
There are multiple options tailored just for you. You can receive your money using a cheque issued by B.TECH or using a bank transfer from B.TECH, whichever you prefer.
Is there a limit to the price of product I sell?
No, if your highest product price is 5,000 LE or 500,000 LE or even more than that is no problem for us.
Is there a limitation to where my business is located?
No, we\'re available in all of Egypt, starting from Alexandria to Upper Egypt with everything in between.
Is there a limit to what sectors I\'m in?
Yes, we currently only finance home appliances, electronics, furniture, ceramics, and basically anything you need to furnish your home. We will be opening new sectors however very soon!
How long does the Mini Cash process take?
It takes an average of 48 hours for current Mini Cash customers and 5 days for new Mini Cash applicants.
How do I create the Mini Cash application in my store?
We offer an easy to use mobile application (iOS and Android) for any of your employees that they can use to fill in customers information, track their sales, chat with our experts, and much more. We also offer in store training by our representatives to any of your stores to make sure they have all the information they need to start selling.
What do I need to apply?
All we need from you is a copy of your commercial registration, tax card, and an invoice.

What is Mini Cash?
Mini Cash is a financing service by B.TECH that makes any product you wish for affordable. Gone are the days where you have to wait months saving up to buy a new phone, washing machine, kitchen, or a new living room couch.
What are the installment terms available?
You can purchase any product you want (except mobiles) in installment terms starting from 6 months up to 36 months.
Do I have to pay a down payment?
No, we try to make Mini Cash as easy as possible and hence if you don\'t want to pay any money upfront that\'s your choice and its completely fine with us.
Is there a limit to the price of the product I can buy with Mini Cash?
No, the sky is the limit.
How long does the Mini Cash process take?
It takes an average of 48 hours for current Mini Cash customers and 5 days for new Mini Cash applicants.
What do I need to apply?
All we need from you is a copy of your National ID, proof of income, an electricity bill and a guarantor.
What if I don\'t have a proof of income?
No problem, our team will ask you for an alternative that suits your needs.
Why do we require an electricity bill?
To us an electricity bill is a proof of accommodation.
What if I don\'t have any electricity or utility bills?
No problem, we will ask for a substitute to prove accommodation
How can I apply?
You can apply using our online mini cash application, or through our call center or you can visit any of our stores.
What is the minimum age to apply?
16 years old. If you\'re young you can ask your parents to submit the application for you.
What if I am still in college?
No problem, we have a customized option just for you. Just make sure you have your university ID.
What happens after I place my order?
You will be contacted by a Mini Cash representative for a quick visit where they can verify your information, we then give you a credit limit right after the approval process, and then your order gets delivered right away.
When will I be contacted after i place my order?
You will be contacted within hours.
Do I have to be living in Cairo?
No, we offer Mini Cash anywhere in Egypt, just apply and we\'ll handle the rest.

Yes.
What if I don\'t have a guarantor?
We require that you have a guarantor however in some cases we might work with you to find a workaround.
What is the cost of the Mini Cash application?
The application only costs 25 LE
How do I pay my installments every month?
We have multiple options for you. You can either pay at any of our stores, or write us cheques at the beginning of the term, or have someone come collect the installment wherever you are every month.

How can I place an online order from B.TECH?
We have made buying extremely easy for you, just follow the below steps and you will place your order in a matter of minutes.
- As soon as you\'ve landed on the product(s) you want, click on the “Buy Now” green button to add the product to your cart.
- Once you\'re in your cart page, review all quantities and products and then click on "Proceed to Checkout"
- Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password or by using your Facebook account
- Enter your shipping/billing information and choose your shipping option
- Choose your preferred payment option
- Click on “Confirm Order” to complete your order.
You will then receive a call by one of our representatives in a matter of minutes to confirm your order
How can I make sure that I have placed my order?
You should receive an SMS once your order has been confirmed and wait for our call right away
When I will receive my order?
We do our best to get your orders delivered at a maximum of 48 hours
Are online products different then offline products in our stores?
No, we offer the same range, quality and prices of products in our stores.
How can I cancel an order?
If you have not already received the SMS confirmation that your order was shipped or someone contacted you, then you can cancel your order by either calling our call center or cancelling it yourself from your own account.
How can I return an order?
If the purchased product was in its delivered condition and sealed then contact our call center team at 19966 to make a return request
If product is not sealed or his new condition changed then it must go through a validation process then will inform the customer with request status

How can I use my Credit/Debit to pay for my order?
When you reach the "Payment" step on the checkout process choose Credit / Debit Card as your payment option and follow the instructions until order confirmation. Bank activation for shopping online is required when using Credit/Debit card. B.TECH provides a safe secure service for customers payment, so shop safe at your convenience
Is it secure to use my debit/credit card details for paying online?
You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information and uses utmost secure methods in transactions
Are there any hidden charges like sales tax?
There aren\'t any hidden charges once you place your order. The order quantity is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. The order quantity and price is mentioned on the invoice online and also with delivery. For International Payment via Credit / Debit card you may be charged a cross border fee and certain currency exchange rate, please contact your bank to know more about online shopping rates
How do I use my BTECH gift card on making an order?
It\'s easy! When you get to the payment stage while in checkout, enter the gift card code in the voucher box.
Make sure the gift card value equals the purchasing amount, or you will be required to add additional payment method to complete the purchasing process

How long it would take to deliver my product?
It usually takes from 48 hours to 72 hours at maximum from the day of ordering

What happens if I missed my delivery slot?
Our team will contact you to arrange another date for delivery.
I received a product in bad condition, package open or missing parts?
You can refuse to receive it and get it return to our warehouse for checking, be sure that replacement will be delivered as soon as possible because we care about not having such incidents
Do I get notified before my delivery reaches the shipping destination?
Yes, our courier will contact you 2 hours before to confirm being in the chosen destination
I ordered multiple products but did not receive them all at once, what should I do now?
You can either accept or refuse to receive it and our delivery team will arrange a date to deliver remaining products at your convenient time

Yes, you can choose the place of delivery when you reach the shipment stage at the checkout
