It is already hard enough for many of us that we are quarantined in our homes and hearing heaps of negative news about coronavirus. It can seem like there are a lot of things out of our control at the moment.

That’s why we need to shift our focus towards that which we can control and do something about. The first of these things is taking care of ourselves, bodies and mental health.

Yes, you may feel strange to workout at home because you are used to your gym or local street to jog/walk.

But here is why you need to exercise at home more than ever:

  1. You have worked so hard so don’t allow yourself to lose that muscle mass.

  2. Just because we are home doesn’t mean we must put on weight. It is all in your mind you can control your appetite and add a little bit of physical movement.
  3. Exercise helps in boosting your happy hormones which we are all desperate for with all the negativity around us

  4. A good way to release your tension, fear, anger, boredom, and anxiety.

Whether you exercise on a sports machine

or workout energetically
