Have only been using the printer for a couple of months but have no complaints. Set-up was painless and WIFI enables effortless sharing in a home office setup. Good quality printing - recommend high quality paper if you want better colour & resolution. Ink use seems economical. Nothing to complain about so far.

Apple does not have official drivers for the printer anymore (there are work arounds) so the standard setup is to print to PDF and then to use the Brother MacOS App to print the PDF, which is a major hassle. I eventually found an unsupported driver and can now print directly from Word/Browser/Etc. but a non-technical user will find this very challenging to sort out.

I am very happy with the printer, pairing it with my devices took time. But instruction were very clear. I have android devices and linking is fine. Also linked well with all my laptops. I like the ink tanks and generic refills are quite cheap. Printing quality is fine. I am using it only for homework and home use.

Absolutely love it, now I do not have to worry about expensive printing. I work from home and it is exactly what I need to print all the admin docs that I need to view and file. Normally I struggle along trying not to print too much as cartridges are so expensive and I normally used to print only in draft and black and white, now I can print normally, not in draft to save ink.

I choose this printer because of the price and the ink tank feature which I think will save money on ink in the future. I am satisfied with it overall. Easy to set up, works as expected. I don't think it is the highest quality of prints but for normal use it's great. I would maybe still take photographs to be professionally printed but I haven't tested it well in that regard.
